Cancellation Policy

🧼 Sneaker Cleaners Residential Pick-Up & Drop-Off Service Policy 1. Scheduling & Pick-Up All pick-ups and drop-offs must be booked through the Sneaker Cleaners x [Building Name] portal. Customers must clearly label their sneakers using the provided Sneaker Cleaners service box or bag with their name, unit number, and order ID. Pick-ups occur on the date and time selected at booking. A reminder email/text will be sent prior to arrival. 2. Proof of Pick-Up & Delivery Our staff will photograph each pick-up and drop-off for verification. Customers receive a digital timestamped photo confirming collection and delivery. Sneaker Cleaners assumes full liability for items after official pick-up confirmation and until the delivery photo is submitted. 3. Package Room / Doorstep Drop-Offs To keep the service liability-free for building staff, all shoes must be placed either: In the designated Sneaker Cleaners pick-up area (package room or mailroom), or Outside the customer’s door during the scheduled window. Building staff will not handle or sign for resident items. 4. Service Timeline Standard cleaning turnaround: 3–5 business days. Deep stain removal or unyellowing: up to 7 business days. Customers will be notified when their order is ready for return. 5. Liability & Condition Sneaker Cleaners takes full responsibility for items only after official pick-up confirmation. We are not liable for items left in unsecured areas prior to pick-up. While every effort is made to restore sneakers, results may vary depending on material age, wear, and damage. 7. Payments & Refunds Payment is required at booking. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before pick-up will be refunded in full. No refunds are issued after the cleaning process has begun. 8.
