2. Complete the Order Form below to alert us of your shipment, allowing us to monitor the tracking information.
3. Upon arrival of your sneakers, we will promptly notify you.
4. Turn-around time is between 1-2 weeks excluding shipping times
5. Following the cleaning process, expect before-and-after photos and an invoice detailing the sneaker cleaning cost, including shipping back to you.
6. Once your sneakers are shipped we will send you the tracking info.
PLEASE NOTE: A supplementary fee for mail-in orders covers the cost of return shipping and handling. This fee varies based on your location and will be itemized and added to your invoice. Kindly send sneakers without the original boxes.
