Drop off your dirty sneakers at any of our conveniently located affiliate  drop-off locations.

Place your dirty sneakers in the waterproof bags provided (found next to the dropbox).

Completely fill out the form on the bag with your information.

We will pick up your sneakers from our affiliate drop-off location.

Depending on order, the cleaning process takes about 1-2 weeks.

You will be notified when your sneakers are done and ready for pick-up or shipping.

If you opt for shipping and have not chosen the option during checkout, we will call you or send you a separate invoice for shipping, via email.
